Remove office locations
This guide shows you how to remove office locations from your organization.
When you delete a location, any positions assigned to that location are automatically reassigned to “Remote.”
Prerequisites
- You have the required permissions (see above)
- At least one location exists (Create office locations)
Instructions
In the sidebar, navigate to Org Structure > Locations. Find the location you want to remove and click the overflow menu (⋯), then select Delete.
Step 1: Confirm deletion
- Review the warning message to understand which positions will be affected.
- Check the box to confirm: “Confirm that you want to permanently delete this location.”
- Click Delete permanently.
