Remove regions

This guide shows you how to remove regions from your organization.

When you delete a region, all locations within that region are automatically moved to the Global region.

Prerequisites

  • You have the required permissions (see above)
  • At least one region exists beyond Global (Create regions)

Instructions

In the sidebar, navigate to Org Structure > Locations, then click Edit regions.

Step 1: Select the region to remove

  1. Find the region you want to remove.
  2. Click Remove next to that region.

Step 2: Confirm deletion

  1. Review the warning message to understand which locations will be moved to Global.
  2. Check the box to confirm: “Confirm that you want to permanently delete this region.”
  3. Click Save changes.
