Update your profile

Your profile contains the personal details associated with your Klarify account. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select My profile to open it.

Note

Guests can change their profile picture and name. Phone number, home address, and timezone are available to employees and partners.

Change your profile picture

1. Click Change next to your current profile picture or initials.
2. Select a PNG, JPG, GIF, or WEBP image smaller than 10 MB.
3. In Crop Image, position and resize the image.
4. Click Save.

Your new profile picture appears in your profile and the Klarify header.

To remove your current picture, click Remove below it. Klarify replaces the picture with your initials.

Update your name

1. Click Edit next to Full name.
2. Update the name fields:
   • First Name — required.
   • Middle Name — optional.
   • Last Name — required.
   • Display Name — required; this is the name shown in Klarify.
3. Click Update.

Update your phone number

1. Click Edit next to Phone number.
2. Enter your phone number.
3. Click Update.

Your phone number is kept confidential and is not shared with others.

Update your home address

1. Click Edit next to Home address.
2. Enter or select your address details:
   • Street Address
   • Unit No.
   • Country
   • State/Province
   • City
   • ZIP/Postal Code
3. Click Update.

Selecting a country updates the available state or province options.

Update your timezone

1. Click Edit next to Timezone.
2. Search for and select your timezone.
3. Click Update.
